MARRC (Msunduzi Association of Residents, Ratepayers and Civics) is a constituted, non-profit, non-political civil society movement. We are progressive and inclusive and all members are volunteers. We believe in being solution driven, promoting active citizenry and holding the Msunduzi Municipality accountable.
The Msunduzi Association of Residents Ratepayers and Civics (MARRC) is a constitued non-profit voluntary, non-political progressive and inclusive civil society movement.
We aim to promote and work towards a Msunduzi Municipal area in which all its people are accorded social justice, respect, and dignity by the provision of equitable services.

MARRC is an umbrella body of constituted and representative of resident and ratepayer associations (RRA) and civic organisations from throughout Pietermaritzburg.
To be part of a thriving and growing civic movement and to address the many challenges in your community contact the nearest RRA in your area and get involved. If there is no RRA in your area please contact us at info@marrc.org.za and we will assist your community to start one up.
